Orders may be placed in one of the following ways:
- Via our website through our secure shop;
- Via telephone on +612 9802 2333; or
- Via email (please also refer to payment methods below)

- Cheque (Please make all cheques payable to "Happy Little Hippos"); or
- Direct Debit (Please email or call us for bank details).
Delivery within Australia
Orders are delivered via Australia Post or through a courier service.
Provided you place your order by 12 noon, we will aim to have your parcel delivered to you the following business day (certain exceptions apply - refer to # below). If you have missed the 12 noon deadline and would still like your parcel delivered the next business day, please call us on 02 9802 2333 and we will do our best to try to fill your order. However, please note that this is not always possible.
In order to simplify the purchasing process, Happy Little Hippos will subsidise some of the freight cost for you. We now offer a flat rate delivery charge of only $6.95! (certain exceptions apply - refer to ## below). That's cheaper than driving to the local shopping centre!
When ordering, please provide an address whereby someone can sign for receipt of goods. Please do not provide a Post Office Box address.
If you live in the Sydney metropolitan area and require your goods to be delivered the same business day, we may be able to assist you. Call us on 02 9802 2333 to inquire. However, please note that this is not always possible.
# Please note, there may be occasions whereby an item you have ordered may take longer to be delivered due to the size of the item, the destination or other unforeseen circumstances. In these instances, we will contact you as soon as possible after your order is placed to confirm an expected delivery timeframe. If you are not satisfied with this timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to ANY orders being delivered to the Northern Territory or to Perth suburbs outside the Perth CBD. For these areas, your order will be sent asap via Australia Post.
## Certain oversize items may incur additional freight charges depending on the delivery address. These items are clearly marked in the product descriptions. We will contact you via email or phone shortly after you place your order if this applies. If you are not satisfied with the additional delivery costs, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may contact us with a delivery address to inquire if this applied to you.
International orders
All international orders are sent by Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is usually 3-5 business days depending on the destination. For more specific delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au/international/
Orders received from non Australian residents are exempt from GST (10% in Australia). Your order total will be re-calculated during checkout once you input your mailing address. If you are an account holder, once you log in, you will be able to view all products at the ex GST sales price.
Please note that due to the size of certain products, we are not able to offer international delivery on all items. Please refer to the product description of the item you wish to purchase.

Opening hours
Our store is open online 24 hours a day. Our business hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you need to contact us outside these hours, please send us an email to info@happylittlehippos.com.au. We regularly check email and will respond to your query within 24 hours.
